Stonewood Farms is family owned and operated, practicing sustainable farming in the Valley of the Green Mountain. They use environmentally friendly farming to raise natural turkeys in barns that are Un-crowded and have open sids to provide fresh air and natural sunlight! Slow growth of their turkeys ensures a delicious and naturally self-basting turkey. Offering their turkeys all vegetable feed, whole grain with NO added hormones, antibiotics or animal by products. At Stonewood, all turkeys are humanely cared for, hand graded to ensure high quality and processed right on the farm. According to Grandma Stone the secret to the perfect turkey is “…plenty of Vermont air, cold nights, good feed and tender loving care on our family farm”. 

All of our turkeys are delivered fresh, never frozen. Everyone is looking for the “perfect” sized turkey. We work with smaller scale farmers than most grocers, which means that variables like weather and growing conditions make it difficult for farmers to guarantee sizing. We love making you happy and we’ll do our very best to get you a bird as close as possible to the size you’re looking for when you come pick-up. 

Your $20 deposit reserves your bird. You will pay for your bird, minus the deposit, upon pick-up.
